Boat Lagoon Yachting has sold a pre-owned Ferretti Yachts 1000 in Hong Kong to a long-standing client. The sale of the 2022 model, the flagship of the Italian brand, adds to Boat Lagoon Yachting’s track record of over 35 transactions of both brand-new and pre-owned yachts in the 25-40m segment in recent years.
“The Ferretti Yachts 1000 is a planing superyacht whose size, performance and Italian elegance make it perfectly suited for Asia’s cruising lifestyle,” Boat Lagoon Yachting stated.
Cindy Li, Boat Lagoon Yachting’s Asia Business & Sales Manager, acted on behalf of the buyer, while Ivy Yu of China-based Speedo Marine represented the seller. The new Ferretti Yachts 1000 owner, a long-time customer of Boat Lagoon Yachting, has also entrusted the company with management of the flybridge motoryacht.

“We are very proud to have delivered this exceptional yacht to one of our most valued clients. What sets Boat Lagoon Yachting apart is the combination of technical advisory expertise and cultural understanding,” Li said.
“In this case, our knowledge of Chinese expectations, together with our ability to manage the entire process in Hong Kong, from local formalities and administration to technical services and ongoing management, ensured a smooth and successful outcome.”
The transaction illustrates Boat Lagoon Yachting’s strength in delivering comprehensive regional support, encompassing licensing, crewing, technical oversight, and after-sales care throughout the region.

Headquartered in Thailand with another major office in Singapore, Boat Lagoon Yachting has an international team that includes staff fluent in English, French, Dutch, Russian, Thai, Indonesian and Malay, as well as Cantonese and Mandarin, allowing the company to guide clients from Greater China and Hong Kong.
“This ensures every aspect of the yacht acquisition process is handled with both precision and cultural understanding, offering peace of mind and a seamless ownership experience,” the company stated.
